Review of Bulk Water Supply Agreement with Sydney Water
The Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998 requires the Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA) to enter into arrangements with Sydney Water Corporation (Sydney Water) for the SCA to supply water to Sydney Water.
The Bulk Water Supply Agreement establishes the arrangements under which the SCA supplies bulk water to Sydney Water.
The current bulk water supply agreement is being reviewed and was publicly exhibited as required by the Act. Submissions closed on 24 December 2010.
