Operating licence
The Operating Licence for the Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA) under the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998 (the Act) requires the SCA to acknowledge its principal objectives, and enables and requires it to undertake its statutory roles, objectives and functions.
The current operating licence was created following a comprehensive review of the previous licence, including public consultation. The current licence was granted for the period 1 January 2006 to 30 June 2010.
