SCA staff work collaboratively to achieve the goals of the Corporate Plan.
The Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA) works consistently to maintain a high level of service and to be efficient and effective. Having the knowledge, systems, frameworks and skills in place to ensure healthy catchments and high quality water is paramount to the success of our business.
Highlights
- Used the SCA corporate incident response processes to successfully manage several prolonged incidents, including turbidity and algae in Warragamba Dam, and the equine horse flu epidemic
- Achieved 100 percent compliance with the water management licence
- Developed the Information Management and Communications Technology Strategic Plan 2008-2012
- Undertook a review of the corporate risk register.
Personnel services
