Memorandum of Understanding - Environment Protection Authority
The Memorandum of Understanding with the Environment Protection Authority (the statutory functions of which are now carried out by the Office of Environment and Heritage) recognises the role of that agency in protecting the environment of NSW.
Through the memorandum of understanding, the Sydney Catchment Authority and the Office of Environment and Heritage share information and research results, coordinate monitoring activity, and share a joint strategy to tackle pollution problems in the catchments.
