How to Make a Complaint or Offer a Compliment


This brochure explains how you can make a complaint or offer a compliment to the Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA).  It also explains the policies and procedures in place to enable the SCA to:

  • effectively respond to complaints and compliments
  • ensure people are satisfied that their complaint was investigated in a fair and courteous manner, and
  • improve our business based on the information received from complaints and compliments.
