SCA Operating Licence

The Operating Licence for the Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA) under the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998 (the Act) requires the SCA to acknowledge its principal objectives, and enables and requires it to undertake its statutory roles, objectives and functions.

The current operating licence which expires on 30 June 2012, was created following a review of the previous licence, including public consultation.
