Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991
The Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991 establishes the Environment Protection Authority (now part of the Office of Environment and Heritage) to provide integrated administration for environment protection, and perform particular tasks in relation to the quality of the environment, environmental audit and reports on the state of the environment.
