Statement of Financial Framework 2010-2011
The Sydney Water Catchment Management Act 1998 requires the Sydney Catchment Authority's (SCA) Board to prepare a Statement of Financial Framework (SFF) for adoption by the Minister and the Treasurer. The SFF must include a statement of financial purpose, and provisions regarding the SCA's payment of dividends, tax-equivalents and guarantee fees. Once the SFF is adopted, SCA and Treasury must comply with its provisions. The SFF enhances accountability for performance and provides certainty by establishing expected financial targets and other performance objectives.
