Public register of notices
The SCA maintains a public register of notices and other information relating to the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (the POEO Act).
The register provides access to information about
- environment protection notices
- convictions in prosecutions under the Act, and
- results in civil proceedings before the Land and Environment Court under this Act
as required by Section 308 of the POEO Act.
